We all want to surprise the people in our lives with a really unique and thoughtful gift. I always turn to google and lists like this one I am writing for ideas and inspiration. Time and time again, the ideas are always pretty basic. I mean, am I really going to get my significant other a neck pillow or compression socks? Are you really telling me that an adapter is a good gift??
Sure those are considered “travel related gifts”, but what we actually need is something for the travel-lover in our life. They probably already have their own neck pillow.

First up is a gift I recently bought for myself. I am so thrilled about this travel journal. I have been meaning to take a blank notebook with me on trips to document special moments. Instead, I went for this prompted travel journal. It holds up to 15 trips and prompts you with questions like “where did you eat?” and “what was your favorite part?” in addition to allowing space for stories and photographs.
It has a nice hard cover with gold foil detail across the front. Its high quality will display nicely on a shelf or coffee table and allow you to pass down to your kids.

Scandinavian Scented Candle Set
These are the best candles I have ever owned. Bold statement, I know. They smell amazing. Made in Denmark and inspired by the elements of Scandinavia – glaciers, fjords, boreal forest, islands, sea, northern lights, and more. My personal fave is the hygge candle with notes of cinnamon and baked apples. The lady in your life will LOVE letting these candles transport her to Scandinavia.
Comfortable White Sneakers
